Shipping & Returns

COVE is a marketplace that brings eco conscious brands to our community, in one simple, easy to shop place. 

As we're a marketplace, your order goes straight to the brand, who will then ship your item directly. This ensures that there is no unnecessary shipping but also means that your order is subject to the brand's shipping/delivery times. We encourage all our brands to dispatch within 24-hours of receiving your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Australian address
  • Free shipping over AUD $150 order.
  • $10 shipping for orders under AUD $150. 
Countries outside of Australia
  • $25 for all orders.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Express orders within Australia should arrive within 1-2 business days to most metro areas.

If you ordered via standard, please allow for 3-4 business days.

For international orders, please allow between 2 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered.

You’ll receive a confirmation of shipping email within a few days after your order which will provide you with a link to your track your delivery.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

COVE is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If you need to return or exchange a full priced item, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must be: 

  • In saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • Not been worn, damaged or washed; and
  • The goods are returned within 14 working days after delivery;
We do not accept returns of sale items, unless faulty.
Jewellery, headwear and some intimate or swimwear items are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.

    To organise a return, log in to your account, and request a RA, or complete the returns form within your parcel. Without this information, your Return may be significantly delayed.
